With this update, Golang packages have been rebased to version 1.10. The new version offers performance improvements, support for new instructions, new features, and bugfixes. See https://tip.golang.org/doc/go1.10 for a detailed list of all changes in version 1.10. All dependent packages have been rebuilt.
