Golang 1.18

The Go language/Golang has been updated to version 1.18 in Fedora 36. The new version includes improved support of the RISC-V processor architecture and added support for Aarch64 based Darwin (macOS) machines, among other bug fixes, enhancements and new features.

All Go packages will require a rebuild against the new version.
